 Just had a quick search around online, and it looks like this is his home tournament, he's going to college this year but doesn't appear at a glance to be strong enough to be a challenge for Liam.

Hopefully Liam can have a good week here. I note over the weeks and months quite a number of expressions that Liam's form is returning / will return without to me a huge amount of ongoing evidence, so hopefully more will appear. For now it appears stable at a level he would I imagine wish to be above - ie. he's not generally looked like a top 200 player for over a year now.
