No idea either but it seems pretty likely (an unusual name).

Also, the photos of her show her to be dark, like Vinny (although like a lot of other people too )

Yes, that's what bugs me somehow it just 'feels' believable somehow, but on the other hand, see directly above!
I've been pretty obsessed with the question for a day or so.

Given her second name is May, maybe she's actually called Chelsea May (go belly up for all I care) Samways.

Or many variations on the same theme.....

No idea if her dad is a footballer but I always thought she had an American connection and Chelsea is a pretty common name out there.

Not sure there's much evidence of their older sisters' tennis prowess, however...

 Wikipedia: Shikha (Uberoi) was born to father Mahesh (who was a table-tennis player for India) and mother Madhu in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Emma took the first set 6-2. Nice player very capable of picking up points regularly if she played on the tour full time.
