This tournament is a basket case, as it was always going to be, like the annual $50K in Osprey, second week of Miami.
Almost every one not still involved at IW has entered and the draw is thanklessly strong for little reward.
Anyway...

Winner to play Bellis/Hibino

Yep, decent section for Naomi and good to get back on the matchcourt after her heroics in Malaysia rather than having to wait another week for Miami. Not on today's OOP.

She's playing doubles with Rosolska and they are drawn against Jans-Ignacik/Rodionova the No 3 seeds

the camera for the livestream is fixed too low so you can't see where the ball is on the far side of the net - rather shoddy for a WTA event
