When is the moment of truth scheduled to take place? Would be so great to see him get no. 1! How are things looking in terms of points to defend. If he gets it does he have to do much to keep it for a while? Would love tosee him go unto Wimbledon as no. 1!
But at least it was broadcast on Radio5Live. Nice to be able to follow it (even if the result wasn't the one desired) not just for the fans, but in the sense that it suggests that the BBC are noticing what is going on! Do feel for them both - hope that they can succeed in getting the no 1 sometime soon.

Aw man! Didn't get to follow it (wish I'd known it was ont radio!) - did they have any match points - judging from the score he was at most 2 points away from being world number 1!!! Must feel gutted! Gonna try to give the radio coverage a listen in the next day or so.
I'm surprised there are bot more people commenting on here, but then I had no idea he could have got to no. 1 as soon as this week. I wonder if thars the case for many others?
What does he have to do now to take it? I his And Melo's schedules similar?

-Interesting chat at the start about Jamie and how he's had over 60 partners in his career!!!
-I wonder if Jamie perhaps Jamie's unusual style the mention (covering the obvious weakness on the topspin forehand with his chips and volleys etc.) is part of why he has struggled to keep partners?
