RE: Week 10 - Canada F2 ($25,000) - Sherbrooke (indoor hard)

I had a quick look on the atp sites rankings FAQ where it charts how many points you get for each round of each level of tournament but it shows no 25ks. I've never noticed one before either. How many points are up for grabs here?

Good to see Lloyd get one of those wins that might be one to tell the kids about in 10 years time. All the best to him in the final for another one (though I get the sense Koslov will end up more of a Donald Young than a Gasquet or Nadal like Felix could still be.

Thanks to those who added some detail as to Lloyd's background earlier in the thread - interesting and encouraging stuff!

The way I understand it, 25k tournaments are just the old 15ks but with more prize money.  So the points are the same as for the old 15ks.  Namely

L16: 1

QF:  3

SF:  8

Final: 15

Winner: 27

you'll find it on the ITF website if you click on players and ranking points

What a week for the Glassman, his level has really jumped a couple of notches, hoping he can remain in this form for the remainder of the year, and then we'll see how far he can jump in the rankings.

I think if at by the end of the year is around the 200 mark, this would be a great target.

A very tight first set with an early break apiece is taken by Lloyd with a second break 6-4 smile

How odd, the Macedonian-American, has won 100% of points on his second serve.

Isn't that 100% first serves in? Says he's only won 30% of points on the second serve...

Surely if he had 100% first serve in he wouldn't have a percentage on second serve?
