Doubles:

GBR (Inglot/Murray J) defeated SRB (Krajinovic/Zimonjic) by 6-1 6-7(2) 6-3 6-4 smile

Good to see Dom get his first DC win, too.

Wow. My nerves are shot - as always.

Great win for Dom and Jamie. And as I said previously, no pressure Kedders  wink

Well done lads

Nicely done. Zimonjic is an esteemed doubles player and Krajinovic is vary talented player who might well be talked about far more if not for the injuries that have plagued his young career.

All eyes on Kyle now.

Not an easy watch for me.

Anxious for Dom throughout but for no good reason, he held up his part of the deal pretty well.

I haven't watched too much doubles with any real understanding of what is going on from a technical perspective. Although, through the board I have inevitably got sucked in and now increasingly appreciating how good a doubles player Jamie is.

Throughly enjoyed the let in the last game. A brave and correct decision. Some of what was going on from a crowd perspective was "just not tennis" . Discraceful behaviour in the Balkans.

If we progress, am I correct in thinking that GB would be at home against Argentina or Italy in the next round?

would be nice to get some revenge on the Italians after two years ago!

Surely that will be in Glasgow too.

I really hope Kyle can do the business in the first rubber, as there's no way I'd put any money on Dino's standing up to Tipsy in the final one, however unwell he's feeling.

Agree, this is a must win for Kyle if we're to progress.

Last match against italy was away when fog beat murray and  i believe the last match against argentina was away with jamie baker winning the dead rubber losing 4-1

So far, so good (or one down, two to go):  Kyle takes the first by 6-3, finishing it with two ace!
