So much for the rematch against Lizariturry, who ended up getting beaten 1&2 by the Japanese opponent.

L16: (LL) Billy Harris WR 1195 v Akira Santillan (JAP) WR 577 (CH 573 last week)

What a lovely surprise to get home to - not just a LL place but the result! That's a career best scalp for Billy, I think, and his 2nd top 400 scalp.

Amazing what a clean pair of pants will do! just hope that if Billy continues in this vein of form, that Bob treats him to the works ie steps up from the Carrefour own brand and gets out the conditioner, blue whitener and a quick iron.

The Japanese opponent was junior no. 7 last summer.

Well Billy gave the current JNR 2 a run for his money last week, so the JNR 7 from last year should be no problem.

ITF is saying he beat Clement Geens (6th seed) 6-2 6-4.

and now he's to play Akila Santillan (Jap) (who beat Lizariturry) in R16.

However Billy wins 5 of the next 6 games and serves for the set.

Billy just loves going 0-3 down and the turning it around, doesn't he.

1st set in the bag at 6-4
