After they saved 3 MPs in the second set at 4-5* and then 2 BPs at *5-5, I was thinking their opponents might begin to get a bit annoyed that they were outstaying their welcome.
The when, although they did have 4-2* in the TB, they saved a 4th MP at 4-6*, I just so hoped they'ed save a 5th and get to another change at *6-6 to be more annoying still.
Ah well, can't undo the thrill of the weeks adventure.
How this impacts or inspires Tara's general singles career or otherwise, will be interesting to see. Obviously, hoping it's a springboard to realised potential.

I think Tara in singles is unfulfilled potential I think she can get into top 150 or higher if she can get her serve sorted out
Well, there is a nice story here.
As best as I can tell this is the first Paraguayan full WTA tour title of any kind ever - having looked up the best 12 Paraguayan ladies I could find, I don't think any even made a final before (Cepede Royg did win a $125K doubles last year, but even the WTA don't count it!).
So, congratulations to Veronica and Paraguay for that
Also, I notice that Shelby Rogers has made the final here with a win against a somewhat rejuvenated Cirstea.
Actually Shelby's second WTA final, previously losing to Petko in Bad Gastein, 2014.
I seem to remember Ms. Rogers getting a rather sound beating in her last tournament from a certain Ms. Broady.
If Shelby can do it, I see no reason why Naomi couldn't at least match it.
