I strongly doubt that Conny is going to move over to doubles either.

But it's great for them to have some high level success. And hope it gives them a boost for their singles too.....

And it also shows some of the benefit of playing French team tennis (or German or whatever) - the two of them have known each other for quite a long time now, and played together a lot: it certainly helps, not only with the playing but the choosing to go out there in the first place.

 

Gong by some of their photos, I think they know each other better than just through being team mates in the French leagues.  Certainly seems to be working well on court this week so far.
