Back and forth on choppy seas in the MTB 9-9 at the third change

Oh my. Flew out of the traps but had massive periods of barely winning points.

Final score was 1-6 7-6(2) 13-11, a further two single match points in the MTB, one on serve, one on return.

That's a rough one - draw to the final looked good here and it's becoming harder to see where the wins are going to come from if not matches like this. Week off and then I think she's going to try and make the cut in Kuala Lumpur, maybe team back up with Nao. Fingers crossed she gets back into her groove soon, a tough 2015 was bolstered by a good doubles showing, so far 2016 hasn't even offered her that.

That's now 7 MTB lost in a row, 4 in which her team have had at least one match point bleh Such fine margins and she needs to find a way through.
