Glad you had a good time.

Billy's Billy-mobile was pictured on Evan Hoyt's blog (I think it was) last autumn when they were in Belgium together.

Looked a hoot. Very Dreddy-like.

Can't be easy. But neither are dead cheap hotels, sleeping three to a room.

Good luck to him.

And very pleased to hear about Alex .....

I asked Billy if he was sharing but he said his van was not a camper van and there was only room for one person.  He did tell me a funny story about the trip to Belgium with Evan.  Evan had traveled separately and was camping with family.  Billy drove in his transit and it was his first excursion overseas.  He uses GPS to find his way to venues, but as this was his first trip abroad, he didn't realize that his GPS software only worked in the UK.  So he got across the channel, only to discover he had no GPS and panicked.  However, he got there in the end. smile

I didn't mean that him and Evan were sharing.

As you say, Evan was camping with his family - lots of great pices.

But they were there at the same time.

No, I just meant - probably nicer to be on your own, in your 'own' bed, rather than sharing some pokey hotel room.

Looks like Billy's route to the MD just got a bit easier. He was in the same qualifying section as the top seed but top seed was replaced by an Alt. Guessing maybe there was an MD dropout and he got "bumped up".  So Billy is the highest ranked player in his section, by some distance.

Vamos Billy.
