Looks like there might be a(nother) new Brit - 17-year-old Jovana Knezevic WR 1208 (CH 993 last Sep) is shown on the last WTA ranking list playing for Cyprus but as GB on the ITF site, and it's clear (from the fact that Google's summary for her ITF page still shows Cyrpus) that this has changed very recently.
I came across her while getting next week's GB women's top 25 table ready - she's 1st Alt for Sharm next week with a GB flag against her name - I didn't recognise the name, then noticed she already had a WTA ranking!
Here's her college recruiting video from November: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fz35CKhOh1s - it mentions "I come from England and Cyprus" (despite both of her names being Serbian, I think EDIT: possibly Montenegrin, just a guess based on her having been given a wild card for Podgorica 25K last year) so I doubt the change to GB is a random ITF error.

What with JoKo, and Jovana Knezevic (wonder if she's 'Jo' or 'Yo'?) and Joanna KONDRATOWICZ who is also on the entry lists for the UK 10ks, and turned up in Prague a couple of times last year, there is the potential for MUCH confusion......
