Kyle's movement clearly restricted as he simply gives up an a couple of balls, but he may just be trying to protect the leg by not overstretching. Either way, he is a hold away from a 2 sets to 1 lead. Vamos.
Think he is going to have to serve well from here as he may find it more difficult to put the Dzumher serve under pressure. I think he will be more aggressive and try and shorten the points too. Hoping this works to his advantage if the big forehand is really firing.
The scoreline after the first set suggests its pretty closebut the stats for the overall match still suggest Kyle is (or was) pretty comfortable. Hoping Bob is right and that won't change ( unfortunately I can't see the breakdown of stats set by set so the first scews them a lot).
Was just gonna say - Did Kyle appear to take anything for pain? I'm hoping this is one of those things where it gets better with time- then heard David Law on radio 5 say he thinks Kyle is just suffering from cramp in the heat and that he is stretching all the time.
Whilst Dzumher plays the ball down the centre of the court, Kyle has the chance to "tee-off" and win the point. As soon as Dzumher puts any width on the shot, he wins the point.
