I can think of one, at the same final!
1998 French Mixed Doubles finals saw the Willams sisters on opposite sides of the net. Venus & Justin Gimelstob defeated Serena & Luis Lobo 6-4 6-4.
There may be others of a more identical nature to the Murray's, but that won't in any way diminish the fantastic achievement

His record for matches that have gone five sets must be right up there, particularly if you took out very early ones and Novak ( I wish! )

It's great how he finds the will to hang in there and it would be more legendary and he would have a few more Slams to his name if it wasn't for that Serbian surpassing him in that.

Went a fair bit longer than I anticipated so not quite as relaxed about Novak's extra day off as I was.

Hopefully Andy can start fast and somehow get over the line in 3 sets as he did at Wimbledon, definitely think after the Raonic match that a longer final will suit Novak.

Andy broken at a crucial juncture. Suckered by the classic Djokovic tactic, he rope-a-dopes the server, go down 0-40 and break (32% of the time he does it from that position!!!) and the break is a double body blow.
Pretty good set of tennis, from Andy, some excellent stuff and some missed opportunities, but Nole hangs in.
Can Andy find another key to unlock a break?

Actually thought Djokovic's game was not at its imperious best for large parts of that 2nd set, but Andy unable to take advantage. Going to be a herculean task to get back from here.
