Thanks for reminding me - the results were late coming up so I'd forgotten about it...
I've heard of the others but only seen young Olivia Peet play live (a good ball player with a nice game and a real fighter). Emma Wilson, I believe, and Steph Booth, are in the US doing college tennis. And I think Amy is a coach or coaching assistant or something like that up in Newcastle, or nearby.
At the Cumberland event (in London), the main news so far is that Eleanor Dean is in the draw, and has won two matches, 6-0 6-0, both times.
She's now in the QF and this afternoon will play the winner of Mollie and Alpha Ambaye (Alpha grew up in France, with sister Mir - SC will LOVE those names - and learnt most of their tennis there; an 'interesting' family.....)
If anyone's in North-East London with nothing to do this afternoon, hurry on over !
Eden Richardson is also in the quarters as is Sarah Wray (a new name to me) and Kimberley Mpukusa (others not yet posted)
Add: Alpha has beaten top seed Mollie in three sets so will play Eleanor.
Alicia Barnett plays Kat Weymouth
Eden v Sarah Wray, as mentioned
Kimberley M v Danielle Daley

I forgot about this tournament - I could easily have gone today. It's actually in NW6, close to the Finchley Road stations. Can't make it tomorrow, so will have to wait and see if she's at Sutton on Wednesday (seeded 6 in qualifying there)
