Luke's singles SF win today will put him within touching distance of his CH ranking but he is likely to miss by a couple of places. Obviously a win in the final would take out his CH and move him into that magic Top 500
Edit
I should add that with only 2 points to defend in the 1st 4 months of next year, Luke's place in the Top 500 (barring injury) is only a matter of time anyway. He has a 13 pointer then to defend in May, but after that, nothing more until Sept. Need to think very carefully about my 2016 Top 10 Predictions. Think we might see some new names in that list next year and Luke's will be one of them

This has been a very good trip indeed for M Bambridge - lots of wins and against some decent opposition. Congratulations to him - and like you, BiS, I'm rather hoping that next year can be a bit of a breakthrough for him.
4) Joris de Loore (BEL) WR 487 (CH = 299 in July last year) d Luke Bambridge WR 581 6-3 6-3.
Still making two finals in a week never hurt ... and the trip as a whole has been very worthwhile indeed. Well done to Mr Bambridge for ending the year on such a high note - good to see things coming together.
