Boys & Girls: East Africa Junior Circuit, Kenya, clay - Grade 5 (Week 47)

After Remus' heroics last week (coming through qualis and then making two finals, played on Saturday), he didn't even get a wildcard this week. confuse

And so had to play two round of qualis on Sunday and then another today. cry

However, he won them all smile

He has his first round doubles today, and starts singles tomorrow.

Jo-Jo won her first round today, so that's more points for the 2001-born girl.

R1: Jonea BACH (GBR)     6-3 6-0     Wiktoria NOVAK (POL)

But she gets the top seed, from Egypt, in round two.

Didn't expect Remus to win (against the third seed) but shame that Jo-Jo couldn't capitalise on her great win yesterday.

QF girls : Jonéa Bach lost 6-3 6-3

R2 boys: Remus Cope lost 6-3 6-1
