Withstood 6 break points in the first set, three times with aces, and got to within a point at *6-4 but have to say Pavic serve was excellent throughout so was impossible for Neil to create much of an opportunity, and would have been against the run of play if he'd taken that first set tie break, though could have been crucial.

Real shame to get toughest draw, Pavic on way back from injury and reached semi final of last challenger two weeks ago, with CH around #130 was always seriously under-ranked, fingers crossed for a LL spot.
