14th successive 10K QF at least for Mirabelle with her twice going onto the SF in that run. She's not down for Tunisia next week so if this is her sign off for the year it would be great to do it with a big run.

 Despite the feeling I thought she was tired, and tomorrows final, Mirabelle is down for 2 events in Antalya. Obviously wants her Turkey before Christmas wink

Mirabelle has El Kantaoui as first choice for week starting 30th Nov, Antalya as a 2nd choice. It looks as if she has very understandably decided she has earned a two week break.
