In the G5 in Austria, we have two wins out of two:

R1:

Adam JONES (GBR) [3]     6-3 6-0     Kilian MEDLOCK (USA)

Matthew SUMMERS (GBR)     7-5 7-5     Andrea PECORELLA (ITA)

 

Jeremy G lost in the Hungarian G4:

R1: Vladislav MELNIC (ROU)     6-1 6-4     Jeremy GSCHWENDTNER (GBR)

 

Brother and sister duo also unfortunately lost out in Singapore (G5):

R1 Boys: Sherwin FOO (SIN) [7]     6-0 6-2     Nikolaos ANTIPATIS (GBR)

R1 Girls: Valencia Alberta SUDIBYO (INA)     6-3 6-4     Sofia ANTIPATIS (GBR)

In the Grade 4 in the USA, we have Ali Collins [3], our Fed Cup player and top young start who's gone to the US to train.

She won her first match:

R1: Ali COLLINS (GBR) [3] def. Sabina GRIGORIAN (USA) 6-2 6-2


In the G5 in Canada, Josh Wilson lost a close one:

R1: Gabriel CHAMPOUX (CAN) [10] def. Josh WILSON (GBR) 3-6 6-1 6-4


In Kazakhstan (G5):

R1: Iliya TARANIN (KAZ) def. Zeki HOROZ (GBR) 6-2 6-4

In the Austria G5:

R2 Boys:

Matthew SUMMERS (GBR) def. David SAMARDZIJA (CRO) 6-3 6-7(4) 7-5

Gabriel HUBER (AUT) def. Adam JONES (GBR) [3] 6-3 2-6 7-6(2)

And the lads are through to the semis in the doubles.


In Canada, read the score and weep:

QF doubles:

Liam DRAXL (CAN) / Jonathan SORBO (CAN) def. Ryan NAVARRO (CAN) / Josh WILSON (GBR) 7-6(2) 6-7(5) [15-13]


Zeki also made the doubles QF in Kazakhstan, before losing out.
