I've never seen any trouble with the direct WTA rankings pages ( I assume the "WTA rankings" come from the WTA ), and I'd think you can safely take it that Carolin Daniels is WR 363 ( WR 372 last week ). As I said I have never had any problems with these and follow and update the top dozen plus Brits on a week to week basis.

But strange that some other WTA pages like head to head may be out, but I've heard that before ( and stranger still if not at least showing last week's rankings ). Why as also said before they can't just be linked to the main rankings pages, who knows ..

As you say the ITF takes its time to update. Rarely are any rankings up to date on a Monday, sometimes not on Tuesday. So them showing WR 372 is what I'd expect. Again you might have thought they could link to the WTA, assuming the WTA are the providers, but then the WTA apparently can't particularly link to itself.

Want the latest rankings, particularly early in the week  - main WTA ranking pages. The ITF player pages seem fine once they catch up, and I know many / most folk use these as the ITF tournament / draw / player links are pretty user friendly as tournaments progress.

When I was checking whether any of the ranking rises had led to career highs today, it quickly became obvious that the rankings on the WTA player pages didn't match the WTA ranking list itself. I haven't noticed that happening before and I've seen people complaining on Twitter about player activity, etc, on the WTA site not being updated properly over the last couple of weeks, so I think these inconsistencies are a new (and hopefully temporary) phenomenon. Carolin was indeed ranked 391 two weeks ago.

Once the rankings have been updated on the ITF site (usually late Monday or on Tuesday nowadays - it used to be Tuesday or Wednesday), I tend to ignore the WTA site for the rest of the week! (and I was doing that long before the latest inconsistencies on the WTA site)

Were 7-2 down and got back to 7-6 but couldn't level.

Thats China done, not the best end to the trip but hopefully a win in the WTA125 in Tawain the week after next will keep the doubles rank edging closer to that magic number. Not sure if she's then doing the other 125k in Thailand, or going to Japan for two big ITFs to finish this swing off.
