Would you believe that - will be an interesting match to follow. I've no idea who will win with Emily a rising talent and Lisa a talent on the long road back from recovery.

Interesting ... but what a pity. Would like to see them both do well.

Well done to Freya and Lisa.

Emily is rather in need of a ranking point to remain ranked since one of her 3 existing counters drops off on 09/11.

If not added to, she'll then be left with her 8 points from two counters in August, the Chiswick 10K final no less and Woking 25K R1, and be unranked.

I've just looked and she's down for Sharm again next week so I hope can get a win or two then.

Both Freya and Lisa are a set up...

Freya wins 6-2 6-2

Another move in the right direction of making 'easy' wins actually have 'easy' scores.

There's no other seed in Freya's quarter (replaced with LL) so a very good chance of making another semi (at least).

AND (more excitingly, really) Lisa is 4-3* up in the second, having broken back in the second set.

Allez, Lisa !

A huge well done to her (and her medical and physio team).

That must be Lisa's best win for a while Mihaliková is the player who beat Katie Swan in the Aus Open junior final earlier this year.
