The qualifiers have yet to be placed, but Billy's made the main draw:

FQR:  (q6) Billy Harris WR 1206 defeated Philipp Dittmer (GER) WR 2132 by 6-0 6-7(3) 7-5

Looks as though Billy's struck lucky, in the first round at least (he'll probably have to face the seventh seed, Krawietz, in the second, if he gets past the WC):
