In the first Q draw that was put up, Joel was top Q seed.

But now the top two spots of the draw are both BYEs. So no seed 1, nor opponent.

I'm hoping this means that Joel has been moved into the main draw (along with Jamie W, Richard, Bambo, Alex Jhun, and Robbie R).

Joel Cannell (pretty much our top 1997, trained in Belgium, and not doing the college route) is currently giving the 5th seed a big run for his money.

Lost the first 4-6. Is now serving for the second set at 5-3.

Joel is definitely a big one to watch for next year......

Alex 3-1 up.

Mason has taken the first set 7-5.

(If Mason wins, the 8th seed has retired so he would get a guy ranked outside the top 1000 in the next round).
