Former NCAA singles champion Rola gets the win 6-3 in the third alas. In the period I was watching only difference between them was first serve percentage, Liam's dropped markedly in deciding set.

That's better than I thought it would be, to be honest ... and much better than I thought after seeing the score of the first set! Meanwhile two US teens in the QFs with two still to play ... though the two still to play are playing Tim Smyczek and Dustin Brown. Can they make it back-to-back up-and-coming player finals?
