Could be worse. I see he is in Djokovic's half, along with Ferrer and Berdych; Fed has Nadal, Wawrinka and Nishikori in his half. There is an interesting possibility of Goffin in R3.
L32: (3) Andy Murray WR 2 defeated Steve Johnson (USA) WR 48 by 2 & 4

L16: (3) Andy Murray WR 2 vs (13) John Isner (USA) WR 13
The two have met three times since the last 16 of the Oz Open in 2010, a match which Andy won by 7-6(4) 6-3 6-2, & Isner has yet to register a win (USO in 2011: 7-5 6-4 3-6 7-6(2), Cinci last year: 6-7(3) 6-4 7-6(2) &, arguably most memorably, the first round of the Davis Cup World Group earlier this year: 7-6(4) 6-4 7-6(4)).

All very well getting to TBs, Mr Isner, but then you need to win your fair share and against the better players you in time see that they are not quite the lottery that some might suggest.
And no, you don't have to this time !
PS : let's reflect Andy's WR 2 status ( now continuing beyond this week ) in results

I've just finished watching the match, I had to pause the livestream so often to attend to other things that I can't say I have a very clear picture of the match. I think maybe I'll try to rewatch the whole thing at a less busy time.
