Carrying on the 'unsung hero' theme, Jamie W takes his turn, and comes through easily in the third against Bambo, winning 6-4 1-6 6-2

And makes the final against Gleb S who beat Scott in two sets.

As predicted, Gleb's been having a good few weeks, is a seasoned player and knows what he's doing. Deserved his top seeding.

Good luck to Jamie tomorrow - it's a great week for him - and welcome to the top 1000 !

Several early breaks but Jamie has the better of them so far and leads *4-3 in the final.

Jamie served for the first set at 5-4, but was broken to 15.
