Such a shame, she's been pretty consistent recently.

I haven't seen any post match interviews to tell me if there was a reason for the loss yet, so I'll reserve any judgement. If there's one ting I've learnt from being a fan, it's that we never really know what's going on. In any case, best of luck to her in Luxembourg.

Very interested in the GB doubles partnership of Jo and Naomi.

If it works and they have a couple of good weeks, it might be an option for the Fed Cup rather than picking doubles specialists.

pity. it may have been an occasion when a wild card into the MD would have been useful considering her current ranking and performances recently.

Not too surprised. The result does not change Jo's terrific form. Just as I said earlier in this thread, Klara is the type of player that on her day can trouble anyone.
