And Ruud goes on to play another huge prospect, young Mikael Ymer, already at WR 745 at just 17, ranked #4 Junior.
Not sure Dave had as easy a draw at it initially may have looked.

And don't look now but Joe is on a roll......
whisper it quietly - leading 6-3 *3-0 against the 3rd seed, and top 400 player

This 15k semi will equal Joe's best ever singles result (I think).
Will give him a nice points boost too.

The Anglo-Irish lads wrapped up the doubles in Sweden nicely:
SF:
Joe and O'Hare won 11-9 in the MTB
Dave Rice and Barry won 6-4 6-0
So it's silverware time

Good stuff in the doubles! And well done to Mr Salisbury in singles, too.

SF: Joe Salisbury WR 714 v Fred Simonsson (SWE) WR 711
On paper might be a close match. Fred has one singles titles, but it was won on clay. I suspect the local boy will start as slight favourite.

That said, its as good a semi final draw he could've hoped for.
