Well, Luke came out on top a couple of weeks ago at Wrexham - although Liam had some injury/sickness problem so it maybe wasn't quite fair.

Liam's then jumping on a plane for the States, isn't he?

Presume Luke's just going home?

This is such bad news. I mean, who on earth do I/we support now ? wink

More seriously, although I will obviously delighted whoever wins, I will probably go with Luke on this one (just). I am hoping that Liam has got what he needed to get from this tournament and has played himself back into some form. Where he is going (challengers, back to top 150 and beyond) the additional 8 points really won't make that much difference. I just think that a title for Luke would be such a confidence boost for him. He also has the ability to go where Liam is going and I think a title would be a massive step forward.

PS. Of course, the fact that it will push Luke back up towards the Top 500 never entered my mind wink

Much more encouraging to see such comprehensive stuff from Liam after R1 and of course great to see Luke come through too.

Luke has tended to hold his side up very well against Liam so the final should be interesting.

Career best equalling I think - didn't he reach an ITF final a couple of years ago where he lost to Golding?

Would really love to watch this one but u assume there's not a way to. I also really don't know who I want to win but I think I'm slightly edging towards LB jnr given the massive confidence boost it would be to him. What's their head to head like?
