Well the drop down to futures to get some wins and some confidence strategy can have merit but it can just as easily go horribly wrong. In fairness based on Liam's year to date ranking the futures tour is where he belongs but I am an unashamed proponent of playing in better tournaments while your ranking permits it.

Hard to disagree when just a first round win in this weeks Challenger event would have netted more points and probably been more beneficial in terms of the class of opponents faced. Still, early days for this particular stretch of events for Liam and I live in hope that he will rediscover his form from this time of last year and get the arrow pointing in the right direction again.
