Compares favourably to probably the best known/most famous British player with 1 singles tournament victory (also $10k) in 101 tournaments played.

Winning tournaments rather than winning one-off matches is what the very best players do.

There is a sort of meta game that occasionally goes on in the women's forum; to see how obliquely you can bait Korriban in to making a comment about Laura.

A BIG well done to Ms Swan. What I particularly like about her - going from the scoreboard - is that she is particularly difficult to break even when opponent is several BPs up on her serve.

Katie, her family and coaches appear to be creating a well balanced transition. Very exciting for them all, like Kyle if she stays fit in a couple of years time she should be joining a combination of JoK, Hev and Laura in giving us a solid presence in the women's top 50.

Time to step up and play some 25Ks me thinks.

Interesting that Katie tweeted that she was now 100% healthy so her recent performances which haven't been 100% stellar, do have some mitigating factors. Very impressive progression so far.
