Naomi up to 142 in the live rankings, another win would see her into the 120's and a career high.

Is it wrong? (I don't usually follow them - I don't know which ones are best)

The difference in the two rankings is that the tennis forum one hasn't given Naomi the 12 Points she got in qualifying.

I may be wrong but I'm sure I remember seeing lucky losers not getting qualifying points before, so think the tennis forum one is probably right

 Yes that is correct. If she had lost in the first round she would have got those 12 ranking points, but now those 12 points are lost in the ether unavailable to anyone.
