Reasonably. It's a completely fallacious ranking on the winners' side: Ungur is a fine player, and Hanescu is ex-top-100 in singles and doubles ... current lowly doubles ranking reflects the fact that he hasn't played one doubles match all year.
A casuist! No. He has played none. He was down to play at Houston, but gave a W/O. You are correct: "a" or "a single" would have been better than "one" In fact, the latter was what I originally wrote, but "a single doubles match" seemed confusing, so I amended it ... to no good effect.
