 Fan Chiang just knocked out the number 8 seed in three close games so may be a bit more of a challenge.

Fran wins, 6-2 6-1, taking out the junior (as paulisi predicted) with no trouble.

Yes, she's had a very nice draw - and good luck to her - tournament picking is important and Fran's done a good job here (there have been a bundle of far lower than normal level tournaments - shame not more of the GB girls have been able to take advantage).

Fran gets the seconds seed, Totka (HUN), ranked about WR 400, in the semi.
