Can't find a thread for womens' doubles. Looks like Heather & Marina have been replaced by Jos & Anna. On next on Court 9.

Yes, I'd mentioned Marina's singles retirement yesterday ( 6-2 3-0 down to Halep ), but didn't again when someone pointed out that Jossanna had risen to just two places out of the draw, given that it could have been ( and has turned out to be ) Brits replacing Brit.

Great for Jossanna, especially after being so close to getting into the French ( and their accounts of the late car dash across there just in case ... )

Yes, there is no women's doubles thread and I wasn't sure if we normally had separate doubles threads at non Wimbledon Slams so I started discussing the doubles much earlier in the thread ( even though yes it is titled "singles" )

I see Stircrazy has now put some order to the men's doubles by starting a separate thread for it, though we have more men's pairs.

So, anyway, I guess here is the place unless someone feels like starting a women's doubles thread.
