Very nice win for Joel.

Hudon's opponent, Cappeau is the 18 year-old frenchman who beat him in two easy sets a couple of weeks ago, and also beat joel 6-4 in the third last week.

My ITF sheet has that Imran won his QR2 match, 6-1 6-2, and plays q10, Iliescu, in the FQR.

Confirmed on the ATP PDF (today's rankings):

Joel romped through his FQR - 6-1 6-2

Oliver Hudson is doing far better than last time against the same opponent - lost the first set narrowly 4-6 but is 5-1 up in the second.

Just for the record, Joel has officially joined the ATP World Rankings today at 1870. Somehow, I get the feeling he is going to go a lot higher.

and seemingly not doing the college route ?? So should be around and playing - will be interesting to see ....

 Joel's birthday is late in the year so he is the same academic year as the majority of the 1998 born.  Would not therefore look to go to college (if indeed he should want to) until next autumn.
