As per recent years only the under 12s and under 14s are contested by the majority of the strongest players. Top 4 seeds Jack Draper, Anton Matusevich, Harry Wendelken and Jacob Fearnley cruised through their openers in the under 14s today. James Davis and Vincent Gillespie are top seeds in the under 16s and under 18s. Derrick Chen and Jack Pinnington-Jones were key to Britain qualifying for the under 12 European Summer Cup, but are in the same quarter of the draw.
