Evo in regular "conversation" with the Umpire at the trail end of that set. He feels things were conspiring against him. Went to umpire to complain about another line call and then called the umpire "mute" when he refused to engage Evo in conversation. As Evo walked back to serve, Umpire found his voice to call a time violation warning. All this at set point down.

Umpire is an absolute disgrace. Dodgy overrule and then giving Evans a time violation basically just because he questioned his call.

Evo's serve disappeared and sadly Dan's demeanour has gone with it. That's 8 DFs in his last 4 service games and it is getting to him.

Fearing the worst now.

Could easily go down to a bagel in this last set. From 6-4 2-0* up, Evo has not won another game.

Now *0-3 down in the 3rd.

Had a couple of break points but Smith found a couple of big serves.

And another overrule against Evo. *1-4

Evo spring into life to hold and then has 2 BPs at 15-40 on the Smith serve. Smith comes up with two big serves and then on game point, benefits from yet another overrule the goes in his favour. Evo is not a happy bunny.
