Dan plays an excellent TB and takes it 7-1. The general pattern of play is Dan controlling the points with accurate forehands and Brydan defending well and trying to get the ball to Dan's BH.

4-4 on serve - two love holds followed by a game that went to deuce but that Mr Klein saved with two fine serves. Haven't watched Mr Evans play in years. Torn between admiration for his court sense and a sense of frustration about what could have already been had he been fully committed. (So what's new?) Hope that he can keep going this time.
