Shame about Keelan in QR1 after such a promising run last week. Can't win 'em all I guess.
Must've been something very wrong with James after a bagel then a retirement - hope it's nothing serious. I'm sure in top form he wouldn't have been outclassed so easily, even by someone 700 places north of him.
Hoping Joel can spring a surprise in the FQR and Alex and Oliver can safely navigate through.
Oli Hudson dropped the first set 7-1 in the tiebreak. I thought that was that as he was immediately 0-2* down in the second BUT he's broken back and they're on serve at 2-2*. Still hope.
In the meantime, the MD has been released:
R1: (4) Alex Ward WR 472 vs Qualifier
R1: Marshall Tutu WR 1112 vs Lucas Catarina (MON) WR 1150 (Evan Hoyt lost to him a couple weeks back in Belgium...)
R1: Robbie Ridout WR 995 vs (3) Marko Tepavac (SRB) WR 393 (Alex beat him in the semis here last week.)
R1: (2) Dan Cox WR 353 vs (WC) Youssef Hossam (EGY) WR 1861 (17-year-old currently 66th in the JR.)
