PS This is my 200th post , do I go up a rank from Lower club player.
Its frightening to think what I could have achieved in my life in the time its took me to post 200 times to you lot, could have got that new shed up at the bottom of the garden and re-papered the main bedroom I bet, dont tell Mrs P anyone!
Its last chance saloon for Danny!!Munoz DLN 6 6 4 Bachelot 4 7 5*
Just realised I never confirmed that Bachelot had indeed served out for 64 in the third set. Munoz must almost certainly have had match points in the 2nd and was erroneously declared the winner, after I interpreted Madeline's message: 'Munoz match tie break' as meaning that Munoz had won the match in the tie break when she meant that the Munoz match had gone into a tie break!!
Dont suppose anyone really gives a toss on this site, but was slightly amusing anyway.
In addition its now
Auckland 6 5
Marx 3 3*
Bloomfield 6 2*
Burn 1 2
Looks like Tom Burn is making a much better fist of it in the second set.
Let me know if you want doubles' updates. If you're not bothered then I'm not, but if anyone's keen to know I'll keep updating them while ever Madeline's sending them thru'
