Wooooooooo! Serves it out to love at seemingly little more than a canter. That has her back up to ~WR113. Hope to back it up with another good week next week then roll the WTA dice in Washington and on to the big one.
So delighted I might burst. Well done Jo, outta this world
Useful ranking points too - last year JoKo got 94 points in post Wimbledon events, so she has already nearly matched that in one week. If she can get another 130-150 points in 2015, that would probably get her into the year end top 100.
Granby has been a good tournament overall - the only disappointment being the ridiculous decision to turn off the live stream for all the women's matches.

Jo's 10th career singles title and her 3rd at $50K or above, and first since Vancouver almost exactly 2 years ago. 3 on clay, 7 on hard.
Other than last year, she has won at least one pro tournament every year since 2008.

Yes, that should take Jo comfortably into the race top 100, so looking good for a year end top 100 ranking and Australian Open main draw direct entry.
Keep it up !

Amen to that! But still couldn't spoil the enjoyment Exciting period in prospect for JoKo fans.
Fantastic, really chuffed for Jo :)
Seemed to be so strong throughout this tournament and never really looked like not winning. If she can push on now and have a strong hard-court swing pre-USO, she'll have the foundations to not only finish this year in the Top 100 but to push on further and go higher next year
Looks like Jo really stepped it up over the weekend, felt she was coasting through the early rounds, and barring injury should get back into the top 100, and hopefully stay there this time.
