As I am sure most people are aware, the two Dans will play each other in the SF.

Could we end up with an All GB semi final in the other half of the draw too ? Still very possible

Lloyd leads 5-4*
Jamie leads 5-3*

Sorry Bob, as ever I'm a split-second slower than you!

Lloyd now 5-1* up on Lescure and looking set to rid us of our last 'proper' foreigner in the draw
Jamie lost the 2nd set 6-2 to Ireland's Bjorn Thomson so into a deciding set he goes

Anyone know when LLoyd finishes Uni?- he's 21, so i'm guessing he is about to go into his final year.

Assuming he wins from here, he will pick up some big points and a semi final win will put him inside the top 1000.

Lloyd does indeed complete his win, 7-6(0) 6-1

Down to you Jamie, against the guy I keep thinking is a golfer.

I'll answer my own question after some research. I believe he has just graduated from Texas.

I assume he is having a go on the pro tour now.

And the Irish boys maintain their momentum:

Ding-dong battle, that!

I'm guessing because he missed the cut at the Open, he fancied a go at his 2nd sport tennis, also changed nationalities in the meantime ;)

They have started in Dublin - 2-2 in the lowly ranked semi final.

I didn't realise that the Irishman is still a junior and only 17

Glasspool takes it 6-3 6-4 to ensure an all Brit final.

You have a wait for a ranking point then another 15 come along at once.......well done so far Llyod!
