I'll answer my own question after some research. I believe he has just graduated from Texas.
I assume he is having a go on the pro tour now.

I'm guessing because he missed the cut at the Open, he fancied a go at his 2nd sport tennis, also changed nationalities in the meantime ;)
Glasspool takes it 6-3 6-4 to ensure an all Brit final. You have a wait for a ranking point then another 15 come along at once.......well done so far Llyod!
