Indy you are spot on you have made the point many times about Andy's second serve. Andy has an elite return of serve and phenomenal mobility which got him close to the super elite a real focus on both 1st and 2nd serve over the last 3-4 years has made him a real threat to Fed and Djokovic.
I think from your description at the same point in his career Kyle's second serve is better. Fed can't go on for ever and I see Andy and Djokovic battling it out for the next 2-3 yrs perhaps Stan stepping up. This leaves a fantastic opportunity for the young guns who will come to their peak in the next 3-4 years and I would count Kyle in this group, a key will be a consistent but penetrating second serve that keeps his opponent second guessing and not just focusing on the killer return.
Early break for Edmund - chases down a brilliant drop shot from Fratangelo with surprisingly quick agility, before hitting a sumptuous slice right onto the baseline that Fratangelo could only hook back up mid-height (allowing for an easy smash).
Still relatively early in the match but Kyle looks solid so far. He seems very relaxed as well and comfortable out on court. Hopefully that can continue. Receiving at 5-2*
Kyle just hitting with too much pace and depth and is pretty much unmoved by most of what Fratangelo is throwing at him at the moment
His opponent does however manage to recover from 15-40 down to get on the board. Kyle to serve at *3-1
