RE: Week 29 - Challenger (€42,500 +H) - Guzzini Challenger, Recanati, Italy (Hard)

Milts had 0-30 on the Moriya serve but the Japanese comes through and leads 3-2* on serve final set

Missed opportunities to go 5-3 up and then saved 4 MPs while serving at *5-6.

The first one at 30-40 was an unbelievable winner. Definitely worth a watch back.

Squeaky culo time. 3rd set breaker.

Gets through 8-6 in the breaker.

You could make a fortune betting on Milton every time he is behind and against him every time he is ahead and lay off on both!

I made it 5 MPs saved and he won it on his 2nd. Great fighting spirit. Seriously though, if you haven't seen it, check out the *5-6 30-40 point. Just watched it back and it was even better second time around. And to play that shot on MP down, unbelievable.

Well done Josh.

Impressive for Mr Milton. And hurrah for Mr Skupski senior (and partner), too.

Great win for Josh, really really hoping Josh can get up those rankings for the start of next year and get the chance to head down under, instead of having to play that awful indoor stuff.

Lots of experience on the court and lots of talent, nice solid win to start with.

If i'm right in thinking Josh needs at least another win to maintain his ranking, to roughly its current level, as he has 27 points coming of soon. Not sure if it's next Monday or the one after the points come off.
