I don't get this serve and volley tactic from Matosevic but long may it continue.

Liam coming up with a number of great passing shots.

Matosevic doesn't make a lot of errors does he. Rarely seems to miss. All on Broady's racquet this one, and unfortunately that loose game at 5-5 looks to have cost him.

Clearly signs that he can take it if he can get some more consistency in those tight spots. Not a bad set overall but that loose game obviously the cause.

Just judging on live scores, but that is numerous matches this year where Liam has been broken, right at the end of the set. Pyschological?

His break point conversion has been horrendous so far.

Although to be fair to him, Matosevic seems to serving big on every single one.

he certainly played a poor end of the set (poor start, good middle, poor end). Mato's level was pretty poor the whole time, with just a few excellent shots near the end.
