In my huge sample of one year, it is clear that the middle week of the three between the French Open and Wimbledon is the week when nearly everyone comes out to play.

Does kinda make sense though - the best week for the very top players, who don't want to overplay, and the week before Wimbledon qualifying for these not direct entrants.
