Disappointing loss there, but mainly for the closeness of the MTB rather than their opponents, who despite the doubles rankings, are quality on the singles court and have long standing grass pedigree. They saved 7(!) match points, having only a single chance to steal it themselves at 13-12*. 3 doubles in the MTB didn't really help them out, and they got a bit lucky that after double faulting at *10-10, their opponents immediately chucked one down too.

Does anyone know if there is live streaming for the womens event as its a OOP tomorrow looks interesting and they are all on the mens live streaming courts??

Oh dear I wonder if it's Laura or Lucy that pulled out. Maybe Laura as she seems to be down for playing overseas the next few weeks.
I think it was more likely that it was Lucy, just from caution, probably, having played three matches in quick succession, including two big three setters.
