Evo double faults to find himself BP down...
Brings it back to deuce, then Ad for the match, deuce, MP again, another double fault so back to deuce.
Now BP down again, and broken. 5-5 it is, what are you made of Dan?
However variable Baggy's form can be, he is a few levels up from what MW is used to.
MW does seem to have come into some form, but with that he played a lot of tennis, singles and doubles, last week, then a quick turnaround to Manchester grass.
I would thus have very limited expectations, but hope it is a good experience for him.
You have to feel for Evo in this situation. Two more minutes of play yesterday and he would probably be preparing to play Bambo now. But the weather gods conspired against him and he came out this morning with all the pressure on him. The Frenchman had nothing to lose.

I tend to agree with this. Had Marcus had a week of preparation on the grass, I would have this down as a possible upset, but rushing back from Egypt and with almost no time to adjust to the change of surface, it is going to be almost impossible. But this is Marcus we are talking about, so I included the word "almost".
